Ever wondered how to get beautiful long lean muscles?

Beautiful Long lean muscles do look a lot nicer than long flabby arms right?

One way you can achieve this look is with the help of an exercise ball or Swiss ball….and of course “A Healthy Diet”

An Exercise Ball (or Swiss Ball) will not only help you create long lean muscle’s but it can add variety to a boring exercise routine & can dramatically improve core stability, strength and balance.

I’ve written an article on the subject of exercise balls for the blog “This Mama Cooks” . The article is titled “Get Rid of Flab Quickly By Using An Exercise Ball”

This is my first attempt as a “Guest Poster” - I’d love for you to go over to This Mama Cooks and leave a comment for me to tell me what you think.

I’m in the process of writing an article on “Childhood Obesity” which as we know can be quite a controversial subject…It will appear as a featured post in a few days so make sure you keep coming back to check it out….I’m expecting some heated discussion on this one.

Of course you could just sign up for my rss feed….Don’t know what a rss feed is…that’s ok, I’ve made a page over here for you to learn a little more about it and how you can receive post updates via your email. (Very Cool - you don’t even have to leave your inbox to read my posts)

We are having some problems with our “Header Graphic” at the moment but Kel tells me it should be fixed and back online in day or two.

Speaking of my husband Kel, he has been busy behind the scenes here at LizHarperFitness.com adding things to make your browsing experience more enjoyable. One of the additions to our site is the new comment box. It’s set up like a word editor…you can bold words, hperlink your web address, add lists and a whole heap more.

We also now have a “Do Follow” plugin here at LizHarperFitness.com that we are trialling…. Basically, as a reward for leaving a comment we let search engines like Google follow your URL back to your website. (Kel tells me this is very good if you’re a blogger who is link building)

Anyway - Until tomorrow….thanks for reading and checking out my guest post at “This Mama Cooks” I really appreciate it.

Liz
