Where do people find the motivation to workout week in week out?

I have to say that I really do envy the early morning walkers and joggers I see every Sunday as I drive to the radio station to do my weekly show. It’s the same fitness fanatics every weekend….man,you’ve gotta be keen to be out training at 5am?

Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up or to get into something a little more serious, you’re going to need a plan of attack…an exercise plan.

There will be days when you really don’t feel like exercising…and when the initial rush of enthusiasm that comes with a new fitness regime wears off, you’ll be pleased you put some sort of strategy in place.
