How to Subscribe

If you subscribe to Liz Harper Fitness, apart from us loving you forever, you will be able to automatically receive new articles whenever they are published. Not only will this be convenient, but it will also give you instant Coolness, because as a subscriber, you don’t even have to visit our website to access all the latest articles or news.

This is something that’s going to save you a lot of time and effort; all of our new content will be delivered to you directly for free and all you have to do is to read it whenever you’re ready.

Ok, here are the two main ways you can subscribe to Liz Harper Fitness:

  1. Web Feed Subscriptions (RSS) - Our new articles will be sent to a web feed reader.
  2. Email Subscriptions. Our new articles will be sent directly to your email inbox.

What on Earth is a ‘Web Feed Reader’

Web feeds or RSS as they’re also known, are best described as “document formats” that allow you to keep up to date with content on all blogs and websites you discover and like while surfing the web.

When ever you subscribe to a web feed, (free) the feed reader will check the website you subscribe to for new content. If there are any new articles on it, they will be displayed inside the reader.

Don’t need the video? Dying to get started? We understand – you’re busy….the good news is, subscribing is a simple 3 step process:

  1. Sign up for a Free Feedreader (The easiest to use are Google Reader or Bloglines).
  2. Come back to this page and click on this link to subscribe to LizHarperFitness.
  3. You’re done! Remember to check your feed reader daily to see if any new articles from LizHarperFitness have been published.

All the published articles from LizHarperFitness will automatically show up in your feed reader. You can now start subscribing to other blogs or websites you fancy as well.

Prefer to Subscribe Via Email Instead?

This is really easy. If you’d like the articles from LizHarperFitness sent directly to your email inbox, just open this link in a new window. You’ll see this page:

Fill in a legitimate email address (Best to use your primary email address for this) and enter the captcha (The letters down the bottom) as it is displayed on the page. Don’t worry if you get an error message while typing in the captcha the first time. It happens occasionally. Just type in the captcha one more time. (This is to stop spam – robots can’t see captchas)

Once you see the screen below, Head over to your email inbox to verify your email address. Be sure to check your Junk Mail folder if you haven’t received any verification emails.

Subscription Success

You’ll only receive one email every day regardless of the number of articles published. For example, if I publish 10 articles in a day, you’ll get them all in one email newsletter. This will be the same even if I publish only one article in a day.

All email subscriptions are managed by Feedburner.com and you can unsubscribe anytime with one little click of your. As an added bonus and your convenience, instructions on unsubscribing are included in each email newsletter as well.

Please be assured that your email will be kept in the strictest confidence and will never be used for spam, ever…..so please use one that you check regularly.
