One minute they’re featuring in the latest issue of your favorite magazine with rolls of flab, only to shred an incredible 15 or so pounds for the next months issue. For many years I swore black and blue there was something evil at play here and now Finally the truth to these incredible celebrity diets has been exposed…..

You simply wind the clock back 4 years or so and choose a picture from shall we say - “Better Days”

The Huffington Post have broken the story today that exposes the OK magazine’s dirty little trick. Disappointed?

Well if you’re a Britney fan, according to the article she is starting to show signs of slimming back down to her former self…..just not quite to the extremes displayed in the April issue of OK.

Our advice, don’t get your weight loss inspiration from Tabloid magazines. There are plenty of excellent online REAL life stories that will help motivate you to lose weight.
