Is your grocery bill sending you broke?
Maybe you could try cutting out meat and go green….it’ll save you money and it’ll help protect the environment….well, at least that’s the claim over at Reuters with todays article “Go green and cut red meat”
Nutritionist say we should be consuming 5-8 serves (1 serve = 1 cup) of vegetables and 2 pieces of fruit a day, so maybe cutting down on the meat out isn’t such a bad thing….even if we cut down on our normal consumption…we could save money on our food bill and maybe save a few kilo’s while we’re at it.
Plus your body will thank you for the extra vitamins with the increase in vegies!
What do you think?
